We (iQ) operate the MeaMenus platform that lets restaurants show their menu and receive orders.

What we collect:

• If you order delivery and sign in with Google or Facebook: your name, email and profile picture.
• The phone number and addresses you add yourself.
• The details of the orders you place.

How we use it:

• To deliver your order to the restaurant, and so the restaurant and driver can contact you.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it: only the restaurant you ordered from (the driver sees your name, phone and address during delivery).

Retention: as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, past orders stay in the restaurant's accounting records without your personal data.

Deleting your data: in the menu open "My account" and press "Delete my account", or email our support and we will erase it within 30 days.

Cookies: we only use necessary cookies (language and sign-in).
